Syntaris Power Corp. today announced that the Company has acquired Atla Energy Corporation, a private Canadian-based renewable energy company that holds a 106 megawatt development portfolio of run of river hydroelectric projects in the Revelstoke Valley in south-eastern British Columbia. Read more.
